If you travel from an exempt country but have been in the country that is not exempt within the last 14 days, you’ll need to self-isolate for the remainder of 14 days since you were last in a non-exempt within the last 14 days, you’ll need to self-isolate for the remainder of 14 days since you were last in a non-exempt country.

You do not need to self-isolate if you’re travelling from an exempt country and have been in an exempt country for 14 days.

You will not be allowed to board the flight. You can either reschedule your flight or exchange your ticket for a future travel voucher with 10% additional value. You can also request a full refund of the unutilised value of your ticket upon submission of your PCR test positive report.
Children below the age of 12 years who are travelling with the family members are exempted from the test if their parents tested negative and are fit to travel.
Once I have the PCR test done, how do I update it on the booking?
The Laboratory will directly send the result to Qatar Airways. Your freely given consent is necessary for the transfer of your test results to facilitate validation efforts by Qatar Airways to ensure ongoing assessments of public health and safety measures are maintained while travelling. It is required to authorise the laboratory to send our PCR test result to Qatar Airways.
Do I need to carry my PCR test result to Qatar airways?
Yes, it is mandatory to present the PCR negative test certificate at the time of check-in. In the event that passengers are unable to provide the above mentioned requirements upon check-in, they will not be accepted for boarding the flight from Pakistan. These requirements apply to both existing and new bookings.
