If I click on the up arrow beside the share screen button, it only shows the options to allow other participants to share. But it does not allow them to share their screens at the same time. You can change these defaults for all your meetings in your Settings at zoom. You can also change Screen Share within each meeting after it has begun to disable or enable it for individuals or all participants. Follow these instructions to allow Screen Share for participants after you have started your meeting. On the pop-up screen, choose the settings you want for your meeting. Chat : Open the chat window. Annotation allows participants to write or draw messages in your Zoom meeting that will be visible to all if it is enabled. To the right of the Share Screen button, click the upward arrow and then select Multiple participants can share simultaneously. This allows multiple participants to share their screen at the same time. Within the Zoom meeting, click the arrow next to Share Screen and select Advanced Sharing Options. Under Who can share?, select All Participants. Enable.
