The results showed that Speedify was able to keep the average Zoom video call bandwidth on both devices in good range around the target bandwidth. And this happened both in situations where the connections were good and when one of them went bad. So how does Speedify achieve that?

Well, it uses a technology called channel bonding. Speedify also routes data when something happens to one of your connections. When you stumble upon a bad Wi-Fi hotspot , or your connection suddenly goes out, you will stay connected.

Speedify intelligently and automatically reroutes your data through the other available connection s until you are connected again to both networks. The beauty of it is that Speedify does more than just manage your Internet connections.

It is also a fast bonding VPN. It encrypts all of the data you send and receive from your device. This helps keep your private information and conversations secure from digital eavesdroppers and cyber thieves.

Zoom not connecting? It also makes the Zoom app more stable and secure, and improves your overall Internet experience. I finally did a little more looking, and found this StackExchange post that suggested uninstalling Zoom by using their uninstall file instead of putting the Application in the trash.

After this, I reinstalled and it successfully worked. View solution in original post. On behalf of the Zoom Community team, we wanted to thank you all for the helpful contributions made on this topic. Because of the insightful feedback shared here on this community post, we were able to create a new support article that outlines how to troubleshoot the Zoom error on macOS: You are unable to connect to Zoom. Hope it helps! Any luck?

Mine is also stuck at “You are unable to connect to Zoom. Please check your network connection and try again”. Did yours ever work? My other MacBook ran Zoom perfectly fine though. Anyone found a solution yet? Zoom still works on my Imac but that is running Catalina so won’t be updating that until this issue on my laptop is sorted. I have same issue too! In browser this is working and my phone app too, only mac have problem What is it? Zoom in mac worked early It should be marked officially as “answer” whoever can do that.

Erina maybe? I reported the issue as fixed after signing in with my personal email account. Then, I tried to use SSO to sign in on the desktop client and had some errors associated with that, and when I went back to sign in with my gmail address I again could not connect to Zoom to log in.

So I used the uninstaller again and reinstalled the client – and I will no longer attempt using SSO on the desktop app. Maybe SSO is only meant for using in-browser? I don’t know. I’m using SSO and am seeing connection issues on the zoom desktop. A new meeting is attempted and we see the connection attempts going in a loop.

This has loop can continue for over an hour.. Traffic analyser shows timeout errors, and the zoom appears to be connecting to their HT Tunnels.

Unfortunately not. I don’t have the knowledge to do any significant network analysis. I just won’t use SSO on the desktop application. Thanks for the tag, yes working now for me too.

No restart needed. Thank you. OMG I cannot thank you enough. This worked like magic! My husband and I have been struggling with this issue for 3 weeks now and it has been driving us crazy.

Thank you, thank you, thank you. It worked on my Mac. I have been searching for the solution for months and finally saw this. Hope other people with this issues could see this useful tip! Really appreciate! Thanks Yuan! Thanks a lot yuan-stanley. It works!

Then open Zoom again. It should recreate the folder and you should be good. To resolve this, you should manually install the latest version of Zoom, which you can do via the Download Center. This is a package that installs some necessary components that Zoom, and many other applications, require. To grab the necessary file, go to the Microsoft Download Center. Select your language, click Download , open the EXE file, and follow the instructions that display.

The full message you will receive is “There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into the drive. Despite the error, you don’t need to insert anything anywhere. This occurs because Zoom is looking for a file path that doesn’t exist. Alternatively, you might see error code during installation. This means that Zoom can’t overwrite an existing file due to a running process. Now, you just need to reinstall Zoom. You can get the latest version from the Zoom Download Center.

First, check that you have enough disk space. Look at how much space you have left on the drive where you are installing Zoom. If it’s in the red, with only megabytes remaining, it’s time for a tidy up. Here’s how to clean Windows If that’s not the problem, try updating Zoom via the Download Center , rather than the program itself.

If necessary, replace C with the drive you have Zoom installed on. Then click OK. In the folder that opens, you should see a file called installer. Attach this to a ticket on the Zoom Support site for further assistance.
