IRAQ E-VISA LATEST RULES
RED VISA : £110 each passport holder.
1. This visa is given to the following 38 country’s passport holders: USA,UK,China, Russia, France, Germany, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Austria, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, the Czech Republic, Latvia, Sweden, Norway, Romania, Canada, Switzerland, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea.
2. Process time 3 to 5 working days.
3. No more visa on arrival.
4. Passport must be valid 6 months minimum on return date.
5. Requirements: Scan of your passport in colour. Digital photo in colour in white background. Selfie acceptable.
6. Normal stay in Iraq is given 30 days.
7. If wish 60 days stay it’s extra charges.
8. Validity after visa issue is 60 to 90 days before you enter.
9. Double n triple entry is not allowed. Only single entry visa is issued. If need to enter twice apply again.
10. We dont process business visas.
11. Insurance is built in your visa charges for death etc.
12. After you have given us your papers for visa you will be given our business bank account details.
13. If you are applying from abroad out of UK, you can pay by PayPal on mkjaffer@yahoo.co.uk or on our website: Www.alavitravel.com Under payments. Please add 4 percent extra on top of fee for the charges.
14. Red visa holder is allowed to enter at Baghdad airport and exit from Najaf airport or vice versa.
15. Also allowed to enter through land borders. You will need our visa agent to come and sponsor you. Cost now is USD 50 per flight one off. Any number of passengers in same flight.
16. Once visa is issued; please print it in colour.
17. Before you fly to Iraq one day before please inform us and share your visa and air tkt. We will arrange for our agent to come on same day of arrival and sponsor you. The charge is 50 USD. One off.
18. If you over stay in Iraq we reserve the right to charge you 500 USD for your fine to government of Iraq. Also if exceeded longer it will be a fine of 5k USD to be payable to Visa issuing agent which is a penalty by government. This applies to Red & Green visa.
New rule for Pakistani nationals living in Europe, the USA, the UK, or Canada: As long as they have a valid residence permit for that country, they can enter Iraq, even if they are travelling alone and are under 49 years of age.
GREEN VISA RULES: Cost is £140 each passport.
1. This visa is issued to all other countries out of 38 countries mentioned above. Please refer to the list above. Also Travel documents are falling in this category.
2. All above rules apply as Red visa except: you cannot stay 60 days in Iraq. Only allowed 30 days.
3. Requirements: Scan of digital passport. Colour photo white background. Share code proof of stay in your country. Passport validity 6 months on return date.
4. Green visa holder cannot enter through land borders.
5. Payment options are same as above.
6. Must arrive 4 hour before your flight ✈️ to check in as sometimes airline will check status of your visa by calling Baghdad Airport or Visa Office. This needs time to verify.
7. Process time is 7 to 10 working days.
8. Validity after issue is 60 to 90 days before you enter.
9. Do not apply online as they will take your money but will never release your visa.
10. After visa is issued please print it in colour.
11. Inform us 24 hour before your flight ✈️ by sharing your E-Visa and air tkt. We will inform you details of visa sponsor agent details. His photo and mobile number. He will be waiting for you near visa desk. Not behind visa desk. Please give him your passport original and visa. After he gets you visa on your passport please pay him $50 one off for yourself or family or group. Its per flight not per person. If you arrive without informing us and we dont send you visa agent, the airport authorities will not allow Green visa holders to go out unless and until visa agent gives his guarantee.
Special RULES for Pakistani Passport holders:
1. You will be issued Green E-Visa.
2. Process time and requirements are same as Green Visa rules above.
3. You are not allowed to enter Baghdad and exit Najaf or vice versa.
4. Your passport must be kept at airport with our visa agent. You will be given a visa sticker on your Green visa paper which we issued you. Collect your passport at exit from same airport which you entered. Must inform us 24 hours prior to your return flight. If you forget to inform us we are not entitled to your loss of flight. Its a must to inform us 24 hour before so we can arrange visa agent to come and deliver your passport at check in desk. Please share your E-Visa.
5. Most important RULE for Pakistani male under 50 years travelling alone. You will be given E-Visa but will be DEPORTED from Iraqi Airport as per their new rules.
6. If you are above the age of 50 years single will be allowed to enter.
7. Any zaer above the age of 75 years whether it’s Red or Green visa will be charged £20 extra to cover insurance cost.
8. If Pakistani male passport holder arriving Iraq with your wife or mother or family you are allowed to enter.
9. Solo female is allowed to enter Iraq. Passport kept at airport.
10. Once visa issued print in colour.
11. Once you exit and pass the immigration desk please share your exit stamp with us.
12. Overstay fine is same as above.
13. If you overstay they will give you a red sticker on passport and you will be ban for 5 years. The ban is not on the name or passport no. Its on your bio metrics.
RULES FOR BENGALI /SYRIAN/ AFGHANISTAN / SOMALI/ MOROCCAN PASSPORT HOLDERS:
You are not allowed to enter Iraq at any time. Only one short cut is come via Iran border in Arbaeen time.
RULES FOR 1 YEAR MULTIPLE VISA:
1. Not for Bengali, Syrian, Afghanistan / Somalian
2. Cost is $2200
3. Process time 3 weeks minimum
4. Requirements: Scan Digital passport, Colour Photo white background, payment all upfront.
5. You are allowed to open bank account.
6. Stay as long as you want in any one trip.
